Background Description
This Dan Cong oolong comes from the Phoenix Mountains, It is famous for its honeyed, peachy and floral flavours. The tea was made using the leaves from 60 year old tea trees of the Mi Lan Xiang (Honey Orchid Fragrance) cultivar and finished with a delicate roast. Although an easy tea to enjoy, it has depth, with a character of mineral complexity, deep aroma and a pleasurable, quenching aftertaste.

Brewing Guide
Add 5g to 120ml of 95º water. Infuse for 30 seconds. Pour & enjoy!
Add an extra 5-10 seconds brewing time for every subsequent infusion.
