Taiwanese Wuyi Oolong
This is a winter picked tea from the Taiwanese Wuyi cultivar. The leaves are balled rolled which allows for a nice slow release of the fresh flavours when infused. The tea is bright, floral and fresh from the get go, with a long mineral finish that refreshes the mouth. We recommend leaving the first infusion for a few seconds longer than normal to give the leaves time to loosen up.
Tea Garden Location
Add 5g to 120ml of 100º water. Infuse for 30 seconds. Pour & enjoy!
Add an extra 5-10 seconds brewing time for every subsequent infusion.
