These mini white tea cakes are made using only the juicy buds and single fresh leaves from a garden of 40 year old tea bushes. All hand picked and naturally dried in the sun. Each cake is roughly 5g, which makes for a long and enjoyable gong fu session.
Tea Garden Location
Drop one square cake into teapot. Add 90º hot water. Infuse for 40 seconds. Pour. Enjoy.
Add an extra 5-10 seconds brewing time for every subsequent infusion.
