Harvested from the Xiong Fun Village in the Wuyi Mountains. This tea is known as the tea that “doesn’t know the Spring” due to its late germination. The small leaves are twice charcoal roasted to bring out its deep flavours. Very special, and makes for a mean cold brew!

Add 5g to 120ml of 100º water. Infuse for 30 seconds. Pour & enjoy!
Add an extra 5-10 seconds brewing time for every subsequent infusion.
Rules can be broken…. Makes for an amazing cold brew.
