Almond Roast
Tasting Notes:
This is such a wonderfully complex oolong. A shape shifter that changes aromas on each steep. All variable elements matter with this tea. How good your water is, what temperature the heat is, and how sensitive your palette is during an Almond Roast session. There are toasted flavours mixed with dried fruits (apricots). Almond and cinnamon bark deep notes with some subtle toffee apples aromas. A wonderful tea!
