Ancient Treacle
Tasting Notes:
Sweet sugary feel from the honeyed pear notes. An energetic taste, like a summer forest, mixes with a sweet treacle aroma. The dry leaf smells joyfully of lychees.

Wild Black Tea
Chinese Name:
三岔河野生古树红茶
Sanchahe Wild Ancient Tree Black
Background Description
This special tea is made from some ancient wild trees found in the mountains of Sanchahe, 2000 meters above sea level. The trees were found by tea maker, Du Yonggang who is a specialist in Black Tea. He started his tea producing career at the Yunnan Agricultural University where he focused on the development of Yunnan Black Tea (over 15 years ago). Local people need to climb the tree tops to pick these leaves, These wild trees are called “Red Spores” as their buds are red and fall to the ground when the buds develop.
