Background Description
Made from wild tea bushes that surround an abandoned mountain top village near Lishui, Zhejiang. These hard to access wild tea bushes are hand picked and lovingly processed by our friends from the Zhengyuan Tea Collective. A passion project that creates income for the small and remote Shang Gaoji Village.
This 2020 batch has been twice roasted.

Brewing Guide
Add 5g to 120ml of 100º water. Infuse for 30 seconds. Pour & enjoy!
Add an extra 5-10 seconds brewing time for every subsequent infusion.
