Brew Guide:
1. Preparation: Break off a small piece of the tea brick, about 5 grams for a standard serving (around 200 ml of water).
2. Rinse: Rinse the tea leaves by pouring hot water over them (95-100°C) and immediately discarding the water. This helps to awaken the tea and remove any residual dust.
3. First Steep: Steep the tea with fresh hot water (same temperature) for about 30-40 seconds. For a stronger flavour, you can extend the steep time slightly.
4. Subsequent Steeps: For each following steep, increase the steeping time by 5-10 seconds. This tea can typically endure 6-8 infusions, revealing new layers of flavour with each one.
5. Enjoy: Pour and savour each infusion, noticing how the flavours evolve over time. The first few infusions will be more intense, with the flavours mellowing out into a more delicate sweetness in later brews.
